End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a contract between you and QENEX LTD (Companies House 16523814, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom) for QENEX Agent, including the Vercel Marketplace integration at qenex.dev.

By installing, accessing, or using QENEX Agent you accept this EULA and the QENEX Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about the agent or this integration, this EULA controls.

License

QENEX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use QENEX Agent with your Vercel team, solely for your internal business purposes, for as long as the installation remains active.

Vercel access

The integration uses Vercel OAuth and Marketplace SSO. It may receive your Vercel user id, name, email, team id, installation id, and the project or resource context Vercel sends during SSO. You authorize QENEX to use that data only to authenticate you, run agent sessions, and operate the integration.

Restrictions

You may not sublicense the agent, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, use it to violate the Acceptable Use Policy, or represent agent output as legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Intellectual property

QENEX retains all rights in the agent, brand, and software. You retain rights in prompts, files, and other content you submit. You grant QENEX a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The agent is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by English law, QENEX disclaims implied warranties and caps aggregate liability at the greater of fees paid to QENEX for QENEX Agent in the preceding twelve months or £100. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
