Compute SHA-256 on your machine. We never receive the file. QENEX attempts to stamp that hash on independent rails: BOSA Belgium QTSP (RFC 3161) and OpenTimestamps (Bitcoin calendars). Pack includes letterhead PDF plus whatever rail proofs succeeded (TSR and/or OTS), public verification URLs where issued, and a UK VAT invoice.

Dual completeness is not guaranteed on every receipt — BOSA can time out or fail while OTS succeeds, or vice versa. We do not present a receipt as "both rails" unless both succeeded. Pack shows which rails landed. Not legal advice. BOSA is the QTSP; QENEX is not.

This is not ICH M7 and not Article 50(2) marking. Pulse is archived. Dual-Rail is a hash-only provenance receipt rail.

How you use it

• Pay.
• Run sha256sum yourfile locally.
• Email the hex digest to receipts@qenex.ai with your Stripe receipt.
• We enqueue the hash on Veritas. The PDF pack includes whichever rail proofs succeeded. File never uploaded.

What this is not

• Not a claim that timestamps do not exist elsewhere. BOSA and OpenTimestamps exist without us.
• Not legal advice. BOSA is the QTSP; QENEX is not.
• Not automatic eIDAS, court-grade evidence, or a stamp anyone must accept.
• Not ICH M7 or Article 50(2) marking. Pulse is archived.
• Not a promise that every receipt is dual-complete.
